The Acceleration Program is the main “vehicle” of our efforts. Our actions are designed according to the needs of the startups that will join the program, as well as the need to connect and participate in all the stakeholders of the ecosystem. Our main goal is to provide a rich content that will respond to the business needs of the startups that will join the program, to offer training opportunities and tools for their business, as well as substantial, advisory guidance on how to further develop their business in the tourism market. The duration of the Acceleration Program for each cycle will be 5 months, with the option for startups that will join the program to remain as tenants for an additional 24 months and continue to use the Accelerator facilities free of charge. In addition to workshops and mentoring sessions, the program is enriched with local events, presentation opportunities, meetups, visits to companies in the sector, and networking activities. In addition, extroverted activities, through educational and networking opportunities, participation in trade fairs and delegations abroad, are also a key element of the program, in order to connect Greek teams with the rest of the world. The program is offered to the selected candidates free of charge and without any other financial requirement (equity or shares from their company), but with the prospect that they will in turn support our efforts, once they progress and become a successful business.

The teams participating in the Program claim cash prizes totaling forty thousand euros (€40,000) from the Organizer, if they successfully complete the Capsule^T Travel & Hospitality Accelerator Program. The awards are given according to their overall score in the program and the final evaluation by the jury during the Closing Ceremony. The awarding of prizes is: 1st cash prize of 10,000 euros, 2nd prize of 5,000 euros and 3rd prize of 3,000 euros, while the remaining participants, if they successfully complete the program, receive 2,000 euros each team/company. They also claim any other benefits from collaborating Supporters, if these arise and are announced during the Program. Successful completion of the Program requires a minimum "Program Score" based on selected criteria, such as the degree of presence in the Program, the degree of response to the deliverables, their active participation in mentoring programs, workshops and events, the level of collaboration and the development during the Program.
