The on-site visit of the
Hellenic Chamber of Hotels' accelerator that was held in Magnesia from
March 17-19, 2025, was successfully completed.
The purpose of these trips is for our teams to recognize and familiarize themselves with the tourism products of each region, connect with hotel associations and unions, and introduce and promote new technologies that can enhance the operations and competitiveness of local businesses.The three-day event began at
Valis Resort and Spa, where, together with
eight startups from CapsuleT (
Deliverback,
EV Loader,
Kleesto,
Mystery Pot,
SmartINN.ai,
Unlimited Adrenaline,
Vivestia, and
Wastecloud), we presented innovative solutions and technological applications aimed at improving hotel services and upgrading the tourism sector. The event was organized in collaboration with the
Hotel Owners Association of Magnesia and with the support of the
Magnesia Chamber of Commerce.
A special thanks to the
Magnesia Hotel Association and its President,
Mr. Giorgos Zafeiris, for the invitation and hospitality, as well as for presenting an honorary plaque to
CapsuleT and our Director, Katerina Saridaki. The honorary distinction was awarded by
Mr. Zafeiris and
Ms. Chrysa Tsaganou, President of the Thessaly Regional Council. Additionally, we warmly thank all the members and industry professionals who attended, learned about our startups' solutions, and actively contributed to the networking session that followed.As part of our
on-site visit to Magnesia, we had the opportunity to visit important businesses and locations in
Volos and Pelion, in order to connect with local tourism enterprises, understand their needs, and present the innovative solutions of our startups.
Our tour started at
Volos Palace Hotel, where we discussed the challenges and opportunities in hospitality with hotel representatives. Next, we visited
Karaiskos Agritourism Farm, immersing ourselves in the agritourism experience, discovering local production, and learning about sustainable farming practices. At
Manthos Mountain Resort & Spa, we focused on the potential for developing mountain tourism.In
Zagora, we visited
Project Zeta – House of Dialogue, a state-of-the-art conference and education center. In
Tsagarada, we explored
12 Months Resort & Spa, where we examined how luxury can be harmoniously combined with nature. Our visits concluded at
Tsipouro Tokali, the Tokali family distillery, which produces premium wine and tsipouro from organic vineyards, offering us a unique taste of local tradition.It was an
exceptional experience for our startups, who had the chance to present their solutions, connect with local businesses, and establish new partnerships.
