Evangelia Giannakopoulou's professional career focuses on quality management and the operation of certification bodies, with many years of experience in supervising quality systems, coordinating accreditations and external–internal audits, as well as managing risks and complaints in high‑demand organizations. 

Since 2014, she has consistently held positions of responsibility at TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas and within the TÜV AUSTRIA Group, playing a key role in the design, implementation, and improvement of operational procedures, collaborating with top management and international teams, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. 

At the same time, she has previous experience as an agronomist in public agencies and environmental organizations, conducting field audits, informing beneficiaries, and performing environmental monitoring. 

Her academic background in agricultural science, combined with extensive training in international quality, safety, and management standards, form a professional profile that is methodical, well‑organized, and committed to continuous improvement.
