President of the Hoteliers' Association of Athens - Attica & Argosaronic

Evgenios Vassilikos was born in Athens in 1984 to a Greek father, a self-made hotelier and entrepreneur, and a French mother, an active member of the French community in Greece. With deep roots in both cultures, he attended the Franco-Hellenique Eugène Delacroix Lyceum and continued his studies in Paris in Tourism Business Administration.

In 1999, he joined the family business, the Airotel Hotels Group, where he gained experience across all departments and operational levels. In 2005, he assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer and, at the age of 25, was promoted to Vice President of the Group.

In 2021, he co-founded CapitalH, an innovative hotel management company, where he serves as CEO, focusing on sustainable development and delivering high-quality experiences in tourism.

Alongside his business activities, Evgenios has been actively involved in industry affairs. He began as a member of the Board of the Athens Hotel Association, and in 2024 was elected President of the Association. He has also served as Vice President on the Board of the Hellenic Federation of Hoteliers.

A strong supporter of tourism innovation, he actively participates as a mentor at the Capsule!@T@! Accelerator in every cycle of the program, supporting startups in the hospitality sector.
