Ioulia Douramani Efthymiadi, being part of Expedia Group, is Area Manager for many markets in Greece. During her 10 years of experience in the online travel industry, her span of action ranged from growing new markets to managing large portfolios of both key and smaller partners. She also had the chance to develop many seasonal destinations within Greece, as well as in Cyprus. 

Over the past 6 years, she has effectively developed her team members through coaching on sales and revenue techniques to better support hoteliers grow their business.
