John Fotis is the Deputy CEO of the webhotelier | primalres group. He has 30 years of professional experience in the field of marketing, both in senior management positions and as a marketing and eCommerce consultant across a wide range of sectors related to tourism and, more broadly, to services marketing.
He has participated in international consulting projects as a member of the Bournemouth University eTourism Lab, the Digital Hub of Experts, and the International Centre for Hotel & Tourism Research. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom and has lectured in undergraduate and postgraduate programs at Bournemouth University and Leeds Metropolitan University.
He holds a PhD from Bournemouth University on the impact of social media on consumer behavior related to holiday travel, an MSc in Tourism Marketing from the University of Surrey, and a BSc in Business Administration from The American College of Greece.
