Lefteris Katsoulieris is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAEW, UK) and a Director in the Advisory department of PwC Athens. He joined the Athens office in 2005 and has worked for the Deals and Strategy teams with extensive experience in business strategy advice, investment financing and due diligence and mergers and acquisitions support. 

His experience spans across various sectors as he has supported clients in various industries including financial services, energy and consumer and industrial products and services. His functional focus includes investment appraisal and feasibility analysis, strategic and business planning, commercial due diligence and market entry analysis. In recent years, Lefteris has also advised various clients in the obtainment of investment financing and incentives from various programs (RRF loan financing, Strategic Investments, IPCEI) for projects of >€3 bn. 

Most recently, Lefteris Katsoulieris lead the team providing CDD services to a major international food player in relation to a potential acquisition in Greece and is advising several investors contemplating entering the Greek data center market. Lefteris holds an MSc with Distinction in Economics and Finance from the University of Southampton.
