Manos Giakoumelis leads the technology strategy and development of Liknoss, Greece’s leading travel technology company, holding a dominant position in reservation systems and online ticket distribution. Under his leadership, the company continues to evolve its platforms, introducing innovative solutions that serve partners and customers both in Greece and internationally. 

With more than 15 years of experience in product management and engineering team leadership, he has played a key role in major technology organizations. At Prosperty, as Chief Technology Officer, he led the company’s transformation into an international B2B Proptech platform, achieving its first large-scale international implementation. At Norbloc, as Chief Product & Technology Officer, he contributed to the development and deployment of the world’s first blockchain KYC platform, which became a model for the financial sector. 

He began his career at Unify / Siemens Enterprise Communications as a software engineer, later advancing to Software Architect, working on cutting-edge projects in telecommunications and collaborative platforms. He then joined Atypon, taking on a role in the product team and contributing to the creation of new solutions for the publishing industry. 

He holds a degree in Informatics & Telecommunications from the University of Athens and two Master’s degrees: one in Management & Economics (University of Athens) and another in Digital Communications & Networks (University of Piraeus).
