Sophia Kavgalakis is the Founder and CEO of Estate Minds, a strategic consulting firm specialising in real estate and hospitality investments and developments.

She is an accomplished acquisitions and business development executive with deep expertise in luxury, private equity–backed hospitality and real estate projects. Her experience includes working with the Sani/Ikos Group, home to Greece’s first carbon-neutral resort. Passionate about sustainability, she also led strategy and business development for PlasTICK, Common Seas’ innovative digital tool helping the hospitality sector reduce single-use plastics.

Fluent in Greek, English and French, Sophia Kavgalakis brings a curiosity for policy, business and the law which she cultivated through three master’s degrees at the University of Oxford, Imperial College London Business School and the Sorbonne University.
