Hotellisense's cloud platform comes to help hotels make the most of their wealth of data with the aim of reducing decision-making time and increasing turnover.
Detailed presentation
Hotellisense's cloud hotel analytics platform connects to the key systems of hotels of all sizes (single or group) and presents real-time combined data analysis in pre-designed interactive visual dashboards specifically made for hotels. The goal is to help hotels better 'know' their customers and conduct more targeted marketing campaigns to improve their bookings and turnover, become more customer-centric and maximize their profitability and competitive advantage.
The problem
The data that a business, such as a hotel, accumulates throughout its operation is an invaluable treasure. Realizing the benefit of creating a comprehensive tool for analyzing and creating forecasts based on data collected from the PMS, we created Hotellisense. Current reporting methods and presentation practices (e.g. excel sheets) are inefficient and not at all dynamic. Our goal is to reduce the time and effort required in the decision-making process by predicting future performance that will increase turnover. The product gives a new perspective on data analysis, allowing extensive drill down with multiple dimensions and personalized reports with dynamic visualizations while being able to react immediately to market trends.
Our proposal
Our solution includes a SaaS (software as a service) product, which allows the hotel to dynamically analyze its data.
Our proposal is based on the following solutions:
Intelligent analysis of the database structure of most PMS systems. We rely on the customer data as it is recorded in the database and not on the specific PMS used. Automatic data refresh is performed several times per hour
Ready dashboards with a wealth of data for the user. They are already organized in a way that makes finding information an easy and fast process
Use of advanced techniques to improve forecasting and budgeting (e.g. dynamic models for room rates per day)
Availability of information to all hotel executives and owners from anywhere (even mobile phones) at any time
