SAIL-E
Detailed presentation
SAIL-E is the premier SaaS booking platform for maritime guest transfers, designed for ultra-luxury hospitality, yachting companies, and marinas. With seamless coordination and instant bookings in just three steps, SAIL-E empowers concierges and operators to deliver flawless guest experiences while reducing operational friction. Built with a modern tech stack, AI-driven intelligence, and an intuitive interface, it streamlines vessel bookings, route management, and concierge services. By combining maritime expertise with digital innovation, SAIL-E redefines how travelers access coastal and island destinations—bringing simplicity, efficiency, and elegance to sea mobility.
The problem
Maritime mobility in Greece faces a critical gap: despite a fleet of over 8,800 vessels, there is no unified digital infrastructure to support flexible or unplanned trips. Existing ferry services operate on standardized routes, restricting access to remote or underserved areas and failing to meet the expectations of modern travelers. At the same time, the booking process remains fragmented, outdated, and inefficient. SAIL-E bridges this gap by leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize vessel availability, forecast demand, and provide real-time booking options. In doing so, it transforms sea transportation into a scalable, user-friendly, and year-round solution, addressing the needs of hospitality providers, yachting operators, and travelers alike.
Our proposal
SAIL-E delivers a comprehensive AI-powered SaaS platform that addresses the gap in maritime mobility by connecting hotels, marinas, yachting companies, and travelers in real time. Through an easy three-step process, concierges and operators can instantly book vessels and sea transfers with full transparency and efficiency. The platform optimizes availability, forecasts demand, and suggests smart route options, ensuring better fleet utilization and wider access to remote destinations. Built on a modern tech stack with analytics dashboards and an intuitive interface, SAIL-E reduces operational costs while elevating the guest experience. In doing so, it transforms sea transportation into a scalable, user-friendly, and year-round solution, redefining standards in hospitality and maritime services.
