Capsule!@T@!'s November: A month of extroversion, technology, and substantial presence in and outside of Greece

November 2025 was one of the most intense and productive months for CapsuleT Travel & Hospitality Accelerator. With significant participation in international and Greek exhibitions, and the presence of dozens of startups in the ecosystem, the accelerator of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels once again showcased its role as the innovation hub of Greek tourism.

WTM London 2025 – Greek innovation on the international stage

From November 4 to 6, CapsuleT participated in WTM London 2025 at the GNTO pavilion, representing the Greek travel tech scene through six dynamic startups: Deliverback, EV Loader, Hotellisense, Hotel Toolbox, Orbito Travel, SmartINN.ai.

The teams had the opportunity to meet international market representatives, present their solutions, and explore collaborations that pave the way for outward-oriented growth.

The mission was honored by the presence of the President of HCH, Mr. Alexandros Vassilikos, and the Vice President, Mrs. Christina Tetradis. We also had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Gregory Tasios and Mr. Christos Ioannou, both Members of the Board of Directors of the H.C.H., as well as members of the accelerator's community: Mr. Konstantinos Santikos, Managing Director - Santikos Collection, Mr. Antonis Chalkiopoulos, Co-Founder & CEO - Triparound, and Alexandros Trimis, CEO & Founder - Welcome Pickups, who discussed with the teams the needs of the international market and the potential of leveraging technology for Greek tourism.

PHILOXENIA 2025 – 16 travel startups meet the market

CapsuleT’s participation in Philoxenia 2025 (November 14–16) was one of the accelerator’s most dynamic and comprehensive presences. At our booth, visitors had the opportunity to meet 16 startups presenting their products, technologies, and business models to hoteliers, tourism professionals, and stakeholders.

The 10 teams of the 8th Acceleration Cycle - Ask Navina, askHermisBookertyCaraveloDiscoverlyNew Generation Hotelier, PlanaSAIL-ETundra Ventures, and Zero Stars Hotels - delivered dozens of presentations and meetings, attracting strong interest thanks to the AI, sustainability, guest experience, and smart hotel operation solutions they develop.

Similarly, the six alumni startups - i-SPACE, SmartINN.aiTourmieTravelr, Unlimited Andrenaline, and Wastecloud - demonstrated their evolution as well-established businesses with clientele, partnerships, and mature products. Their participation in Philoxenia serves as a living example of the impact CapsuleT has on the journey of a startup.

During the Exhibition, our teams participated in targeted B2B meetings with hoteliers, tourism professionals, and potential partners from across Greece. These meetings proved particularly valuable, giving startups the opportunity to present solutions to real operational needs, receive direct feedback from decision-makers, and open new prospects for pilot implementations and future collaborations. The response was warm and the groups gained significant recognition, interest and meaningful contacts for their next steps.

For CapsuleT, the exhibition was a powerful opportunity to showcase the technological innovation being developed in the domestic ecosystem and further proof that our community's startups are growing, expanding, and gaining ground in the market.

XENIA 2025 – A three-day event highlighting the close link between technology and hospitality

CapsuleT also participated in Xenia 2025 (November 22–24), presenting another dynamic showcase of the accelerator’s startup community. Throughout the three days, we welcomed numerous tourism professionals, hoteliers, and market executives, who had the chance to meet directly with the 16 startups at our booth.

The teams of the 8th Cycle showcased their solutions through dozens of one-to-one discussions, presenting innovations covering a wide range of modern hotel needs: guest journey, sustainability, staffing operations, AI tools, booking intelligence, and more.

Alongside them were the six alumni startups - Experienz (ex Cellarhopping), DeliverbackMystery PotOrbito TravelSmartINN.ai, and Wastecloud - demonstrating their progress after completing the acceleration program.

At our booth we had the honor of welcoming the President of the HCH, Mr. Alexandros Vassilikos, who discussed with the teams, listened to their needs and conveyed the strategic role that the accelerator has for the future of Greek tourism. At the same time, we were visited by the Vice President of the HCH, Mrs. Christina Tetradis, Mrs. Agni Christidou, Director of the H.C.H., several other members of the H.C.H. Board of Directors, as well as Mr. Evgenios Vassilikos, President of the A.A.H.A, and Mr. Stelios A. Mantzaris, Member of the Board of Directors of H.C.H., who also visited the teams' booths and learned about the technological solutions that turn a new page to the tourism sector.

It was especially moving that six alumni startups - Hotel Toolbox, Hotellisense, TourmieTravel2Fit, Vivestia, and Menufi - participated with their own booths at this year’s Exhibition. Along with Mr. Vassilikos, we visited their stands and talked about their history, new collaborations and their evolution as integrated businesses in the tourism ecosystem.

CapsuleT’s presence continued on the Digi Hotel Stage 2025, with SmartINN.ai and Wastecloud presenting their technologies in the session “New Technologies for Hotels and Guests.”

The video of the panel will soon be available on the Exhibition’s YouTube channel.

13th General Assembly of HCH

As part of Xenia, the 13th General Assembly of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels took place, the largest annual event of the H.C.H.for its members, where strategies for the development of Greek tourism were discussed. CapsuleT, along with SmartINN.ai and Wastecloud, presented solutions addressing hotel market needs.

Xenia 2025 reaffirmed that technology and hospitality now go hand-in-hand — and CapsuleT is at the center of this transition.

A November that confirmed the power of the ecosystem

With active startup participation, continuous engagement with the market, international presence, and a tourism industry actively seeking technological solutions, November 2025 highlighted CapsuleT as a stable and mature pillar of innovation in hospitality.

With this momentum, we continue — strengthening the community, connecting innovation with the market, and shaping together the future of Greek tourism.
