CapsuleT brings startups into direct contact with the market
On-site visits & strategic workshops

In the 8th Acceleration Cycle, the CapsuleT Travel & Hospitality Accelerator continues to invest in experiential learning and in connecting startup teams with the real market. Through targeted on-site visits to leading travel & hotel tech companies and specialized strategy workshops, program teams had the opportunity to test their ideas in practice, receive meaningful feedback, and strengthen their business readiness.

On-site visit at the headquarters of Liknoss

One of the key activities of the cycle was the on-site visit to the headquarters of Liknoss, sponsor of the 8th Acceleration Cycle, on December 17, 2025. CapsuleT teams gained first-hand insight into the operations of a leading travel tech organization and engaged with its executives on current market challenges.

The day included presentations by the Liknoss team, short elevator pitches by the 10 startups of the 8th Cycle (Ask Navina, askHermisBookertyCaraveloDiscoverlyNew Generation Hotelier, PlanaSAIL-ETundra Ventures, and Zero Stars Hotels). In parallel, three alumni winning teams of the accelerator also participated: Tourmie, Travelr, and SmartINN.ai

Through this meeting, startups discussed real operational and commercial challenges, as well as product and tech issues, gaining valuable feedback and guidance for their next steps. The experience once again highlighted the importance of direct engagement with the market and its people.

On-site visit at Webhotelier Primalres – A dynamic start to 2026

The new year kicked off with action through another on-site visit, this time at the headquarters of Webhotelier Primalres, also a sponsor of the current Acceleration Cycle. Startup teams had the opportunity to get to know one of the most dynamic companies in the hotel tech market and to discuss real needs of the hospitality sector with its executives.

The 10 teams of the 8th Cycle presented their solutions and took part in open discussions around product, technology, and commercial challenges, receiving targeted feedback that helps them adapt their products to market demands.

For CapsuleT, visits like these are the ideal way to start the year: with first-hand knowledge, meaningful dialogue, and strong connections between startups and the hospitality industry.

Completion of the PwC workshop series with a Strategy Masterclass

The PwC workshop series for the teams of the 8th Cycle concluded with a special Strategy Masterclass at the headquarters of PwC Greece, the accelerator’s strategic partner.

During this final session, each startup briefly presented its product or service. Through two focused presentations by PwC executives on strategy and inclusion, teams stepped into a next-day mindset: how to build strategy that stands the test of time and how inclusion can be transformed into a meaningful business advantage.

Connecting innovation with practice

All of the above initiatives clearly reflect the philosophy of CapsuleT: practical knowledge, meaningful guidance, and direct engagement with the market. Through collaborations with leading companies in the sector and targeted experiential activities, startup teams enhance their maturity and prepare for the next, more demanding phases of their growth journey.
