The Committee will meet regularly with the teams participating in the Acceleration Program in order to evaluate them and guide them in their future steps.
Emmanouella Moussama was born in Athens in 1974 and holds a BSc in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Piraeus and an MSc in Organizational Behavior from City University, London. From 2013 to 2016, she worked at the NGO PRAKSIS, supporting vulnerable groups through business coaching and fundraising. Since 2016, she has been Experience & Communication Director at Moussamas Bros, contributing to the operations of Crowne Plaza Athens City Centre, Holiday Inn Athens Attica Ave. Airport West, and Holiday Inn Arnis Street.
In 2019, she completed the Jungian Coaching Program in Istanbul, enriching her professional and personal perspective. She has served as general secretary of the Parents Committee at HAEF, on the appeal committee of SEE, and for six years on the BoD of the Hellenic Riding Club. Passionate about dressage, she was a National Team member in 2013 and Chef D’Equipe in 2012. She is the mother of three daughters.
Babis Voulgaris studied Economics and International Relations at Tufts University in Boston, where he gained a solid understanding of global market dynamics and strategic management. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Voulgaris Hospitality Group, a family-owned enterprise that manages three luxury hotels on the island of Corfu, Greece.
His focus has been on elevating these properties into award-winning destinations that showcase authentic Greek hospitality and innovative guest experiences. Beyond his role at the Voulgaris Hospitality Group, he is deeply involved in advancing Greece’s tourism sector. He is the President of the Corfu Hoteliers Association, advocating for sustainable growth and greater competitiveness within the island’s tourism industry.
He also serves on the boards of the Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE), the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels (ΞEE), and the Institute for Tourism Research and Forecasts, where he contributes insights and strategic direction to support the national tourism agenda. His commitment to sustainable development extends beyond the hospitality sector. He is a member of the steering committee of the Ionian Islands Environmental Foundation, promoting environmental stewardship across the Ionian region.
Kostas Kallioudakis is the Chief Executive Officer of Blu Collection, a hospitality group in Rhodes operating four- and five-star hotels.
Since 2011, he has held a number of management roles within the company before assuming his current position, overseeing strategy, operations, and development while also contributing to engineering and technical management.
He began his career as a civil engineer and holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering and an International MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Stefania Flenga is a passionate hotel professional with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. A former Managing Director and board member at Donkey Hotels & Resorts, she led the opening and operation of acclaimed Design Hotels properties such as NEW Hotel in Athens and NOŪS Santorini. Her expertise spans hotel management, branding, marketing, pre-openings, procurement, training, and project management, always guided by creativity and a human-centered approach.
Stefania began her career at Le Royal Monceau Paris and later held key roles with Hilton International, Accor, and Grecotel. She has a proven record in building inspired teams and shaping lifestyle hotels with emotional resonance. She is also actively engaged in ESG strategies and is exploring the role of AI and emerging technologies in enhancing guest experience.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from the École Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL).
Daphne Tsevreni is the Co-founder & CRO of Clio Muse Tours, an integrated platform for creating and sharing engaging audio tours for top attractions & city walks around the world. She specializes in business development and has already gained an experience of 6 years in the Culture and Tourism sector.
Through Clio Muse, she has collaborated with multiple OTAs, Tour Operators and Cultural Institutions to optimize travelers’ in-destination experience through technology and high-quality cultural content.
Alexandros Trimis is the Founder and CEO of Welcome Pickups, a travel product that offers the most friendly and informative pickups, as well as access to in-destination travel products, services, tours and local knowledge during a trip. Welcome will be serving 1 million travelers in 2019 and is live in 41 destinations across Europe and Asia.
Alexandros Trimis is also a Stanford Engineering Graduate with working experience in the Silicon Valley with companies like Survey Monkey and Upwork, and one more travel start up in his founding portfolio, “Dopios”. He is an entrepreneur at heart who believes in creating better human experiences and thrives at the intersection of Business Development, Product Management and Interaction Design.
