GuestFlip makes it easier for hotels to manage and respond to their online reviews. We offer an Online Reputation Management platform that stands out for its ease of use and the time savings it provides to hotels. Our company is active in over 20 countries, working with small independent properties and large chains of hotels. The features we provide, help hotels monitor their online reviews, send out automated questionnaires and respond to all reviews in a timely manner.
The problem
Travelers are increasingly booking their accommodation online (59% of accommodation bookings are made online) and guest reviews are the #2 factor for booking decisions. There is a steady increase in the number of reviews that hotels receive (e.g. Google reviews grew 113% from 2016 to 2017 in the US) so there are more reviews to monitor, analyze and respond to. In order to be effective, hotels need a way to systematically monitor their online reviews and analyze the guest experience.
Our proposal
In our SaaS platform hoteliers can view all their properties’ reputation from 30+ platforms in one dashboard, monitor performance based on 200+ topics (such as bed, breakfast, room) with semantic and sentiment analysis and resolve problems, respond to guest reviews, track their competitors’ performance and get detailed reports about their online presence and customer satisfaction. Our social proof marketing widgets can be easily embedded in customers’ websites to increase conversion rates for direct bookings.
